A 13-year-old single malt from Jura, bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle. Two-One-Two is named in tribute to the 212 people who live on the island, and it opens a series of limited editions to be released each year. The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in new American Chinkapin oak casks. It is unpeated, and 6,000 bottles were released.
