This is an 18-year-old single malt from the Isle of Jura, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle and presented in a tube. Colouring has been added.
The whisky matured for 18 years in American white oak bourbon casks, then received a finish in red wine casks from a Bordeaux Premier Cru.
The nose is fruity, with red berries and spicy oak. The palate is soft and full, with vanilla, honey and a gentle, slightly peppery spice. The finish is long and warm, with lingering dark chocolate and red fruit.
