This is a 1989 Rare Vintage single malt from Jura, in a 70cl bottle. It spent more than three decades maturing in American white oak bourbon barrels. The result is described as exotic. The nose offers honeyed pears, freshly baked bread, ripe bananas and vanilla cake, while the palate brings peaches in syrup, cinnamon, toffee apples and sweet white chocolate.
