Jura 21 - Time

Jura 21 Time is a 21 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Jura. Its peat character is out of the ordinary. It is closer to the draw of a well-aged, mild cigar than to pipe smoke, and it sits alongside a soft, creamy smokiness. The nose is rich and earthy, with coffee cake, orange marmalade and toffee. The palate is fresh and lively, with orange slices, tinned pears and cocktail cherries, balanced by subtle wood smoke, aged oak and toasted coconut. The finish is light but long, with chocolate, toasted marshmallow and dark maple syrup.
