Time is a 21-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from Jura, bottled at 47.2% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then given a smoky finish in ex-peated malt casks. The colour is a satin golden honey.
The nose shows caramel cream, sweet fruit salad, ginger, desiccated coconut and marzipan. On the palate come macaroon, gingerbread, frangipane and white chocolate.
