This is an official Jura bottling, a 21-year-old single malt from the distillery on the Isle of Jura. It belongs to the Tide series and is bottled at 46.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks and was then finished in virgin American oak.
The nose offers creme caramel, sweet fruit salad, ginger, coconut and marzipan. On the palate, macaroon, gingerbread, frangipane and white chocolate run together. The finish is medium in length, with sweetness, fruit and nuts.
