This is the 12-year-old single malt from Jura, the distillery on the Isle of Jura, and it is one of its flagship expressions.
The whisky was distilled in comparatively tall stills, which contribute to its mild, balanced character. It matured for the full 12 years in bourbon barrels made from American white oak. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
