This is a 16 year old single malt from Jura, the distillery on the Isle of Jura. The name nods to the Diurachs, the people of the island, and the whisky is presented in a large 100cl bottle.
The tasting notes describe a warm nose with honey and zesty orange peel. Toasted nuts, dark chocolate and a touch of spice follow on the palate, and the finish is long with a slightly sweet warmth.
