Jura – One and All 20 Year Old

Jura One and All is a 20 year old single malt bottled in small batches. It was created to celebrate the island community and the people who work at the distillery on Jura, which explains the name. The whisky was not matured in bourbon casks alone. It also includes 20 year old spirit aged in sherry casks and in Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir barriques. It is golden in colour. The nose brings tropical fruit, caramel, ginger spice and honey, while the palate offers dark cherries, maple syrup, liquorice and white chocolate.
