Jura Two One Two is a 13 year old single malt from the island of Jura, distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2019 at 47.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered, has no added colour and comes in a tube.
The whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before a finish in Chinkapin oak casks. The edition is limited to 6000 bottles.
Fresh oak, vanilla, honey and a touch of spicy herbs lead on the nose. The palate is full and sweet, with caramel, citrus and a little smoke. The finish is long and lightly peppery, with a subtle oak note.
