Jura – Two-One-Two (212) 13 Years (70cl, 47.5%)

Two-One-Two is a limited release of 13 year old Jura single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 47.5% in a 70cl bottle. Only 6,000 bottles were filled. The name refers to the number of people living on the island of Jura. The whisky was matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in Chinkapin oak casks. The nose brings lemon cake, apricot, cinnamon and toffee. On the palate there are stewed pears, vanilla, chocolate, sorbet and pistachio. The finish is sweet, with hints of nuts and orange zest.
