Kaiyo Japanese Mizunara Oak is a Japanese blended malt whisky matured in rare, handmade Mizunara oak casks. It is then finished by a three-month ocean voyage.
It is bottled at 43% ABV without chill filtration, in a style meant to show the influence of the porous, delicate Mizunara wood. The character is complex and aromatic.
