Kaiyo Original Mizunara Oak (70cl)

Kaiyo Original is a Japanese whisky matured in Mizunara oak casks, each one made by hand because of the delicate grain of the wood. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Most of the malt whisky comes from a single distillery, with a small amount from a second, which makes it a blended malt rather than a single malt. The nose is delicately floral, with ripe fruits, vanilla and spice. The palate is silky smooth, and the finish is long with notes of honey.
