Kaiyo "The Kuri" is a Japanese whisky matured for its full term in first-fill Japanese Kuri chestnut barrels, which makes it one of the first bottlings of its kind.
The barrels spend seven years maturing in Japan. They then go to sea for three months, as is the case with all Kaiyo whiskies.
It comes in a 75cl bottle at 46% ABV.
