Kaiyō The Rubi is a Japanese whisky finished in ruby port pipes. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
Kaiyō matures its whisky in Mizunara oak casks, which are made by hand because the wood has such a delicate grain. After its years of maturing, the whisky goes through a final maturation at sea, on a voyage of up to three months that leaves from Osaka in Japan.
