Kaiyo The Unicorn is a Japanese whisky matured in Mizunara oak and finished in very rare bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle and is not chill-filtered.
Kaiyo matures its whisky in Mizunara oak casks, which are handmade because of the delicate grain of the wood. After years in cask, the whisky goes through a final maturation at sea.
