Kamiki Intense Wood Japanese Blended Malt Whisky

Kamiki Intense Wood is a blended malt made from selected Japanese malt whiskies and malt whiskies from elsewhere in the world. It is not chill-filtered. The name comes from the Omiwa shrine in Nara. After blending, the whisky is matured in casks of Yoshino Sugi, Japanese cedar. This expression had a longer time in the wood, which gives more pronounced aromatic notes. The nose is very aromatic, with flowers, fresh wood, vanilla and freshly picked mushrooms. The palate brings vanilla, cinnamon, toasted tobacco and cedar wood.
