Kamiki Maltage Japanese Whisky (48%)

Kamiki Maltage is a Japanese whisky bottled at 48% and non-chill-filtered. It is blended when the flavour is at its peak rather than to a set ratio, so each batch differs from the next. It is described as balanced, with heather honey, sweet caramel, Japanese plum and toffee alongside oak and peat, and hints of sandalwood and green tea.
