Umiki is a blended Japanese whisky from Kamiki, inspired by Japan's respect for nature and the ocean. The ocean stands for the origin of life, and the pine tree is a symbol of life in Japan.
It combines malt whiskies made beside the Japanese coast with grain whiskies from elsewhere in the world. The blend is then mixed with pure filtered ocean water and finished in Japanese pine barrels.
