Kanosuke – 2021 First Edition Single Malt Cask Strength (70cl, 58%)

Kanosuke 2021 First Edition is a Japanese single malt whisky bottled at cask strength, 58%, in a 70cl bottle. It is the first single malt from Kanosuke Distillery, whose guiding idea is "Mellow Land, Mellow Whisky". The whisky was produced between 2017 and 2018 using all three of the distillery's pot stills, from unpeated malt. It was matured in several kinds of oak barrel and blended after three years. The blend is built around re-charred American white oak casks that previously held Mellowed Kozuru shochu.
