This is the Second Edition of Kanosuke, a single malt Japanese whisky from the Kanosuke distillery in Kagoshima. It was distilled in 2018, released in 2021 and is three years old.
The whisky was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 57% abv, in a 70cl bottle. The release runs to 5,000 bottles.
