Kanosuke – Double Distillery Japanese Whisky (70cl, 53%)

Double Distillery is a Japanese blend from Kanosuke, bottled at 53% in a 70cl bottle and non-chill-filtered. It brings together whisky from two distilleries run by the Komasa family, distilled and bottled in Kagoshima. One part is single malt from the Kanosuke distillery, founded in 2017 and working with malted barley. The other is whisky from the Hioki distillery, distilled from unmalted barley in pot stills. The family's history reaches back to 1883, beginning with shochu.
