Kanosuke – First Edition 2021 (70cl)

This is the first single malt released by Kanosuke, which debuted in June 2021, in a 70cl bottle. It is unpeated, aged in ex-American white oak casks and bottled at cask strength. The distillery stands beside Fukiagehama Beach and was founded in 2017. Its three pot stills have different neck shapes and lyne arm angles, which lets it make different styles of spirit. The bottle's shape is based on the pot still motif used at the distillery.
