Kanosuke – Hioki Pot Still "The Mellow Bar Reserve" (70cl, 61%)

Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still "The Mellow Bar Reserve" is a Japanese single malt from the Kanosuke distillery, bottled at 61% in a 70cl bottle. It was created as a travel retail release for Haneda Airport in Tokyo. The bottle takes its shape from the pot still motif used at the distillery. Kanosuke stands beside Fukiagehama Beach, the longest sand beach in Japan, and was founded in 2017. Its three pot stills have differing neck shapes and lyne arm angles, which allows different styles of spirit to be made.
