Kanosuke Single Malt 2021 Second Edition is a Japanese single malt bottled at 57% ABV. It reflects the Kanosuke Distillery idea of 'Mellow land, mellow whisky'.
It was made using all three of the distillery's pot stills, matured in several types of oak cask and blended after three years of maturation.
The tasting notes mention honey, cinnamon and grapefruit, followed by an elegantly sweet, mild finish with a touch of bitterness.
