Kanosuke – Mellow Land (70cl, 48%)

Mellow Land is a Japanese single malt from the Kanosuke distillery, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled on each of the distillery's three pot stills, which have different neck shapes and lyne arm angles, and matured in re-charred American white oak casks. Kanosuke stands beside Fukiagehama Beach, the longest sand beach in Japan. It was founded in 2017 as part of the Komasa Jyozo company, and its first single malt was released in June 2021.
