Kanosuke First Edition is the distillery's first single malt, released on the Japanese market in 2021. The distillery opened in 2017 and is small in scale. The whisky matured in re-charred American white oak casks that previously held shochu, the Japanese spirit made from rice or potatoes. It was bottled at a strength of 58% ABV.
