This is a Japanese single malt whisky from the Kanosuke distillery, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has not been coloured.
The nose is sweet and exotic, with toffee and banana. On the palate it is soft and creamy, with caramel, banana and honey, followed by lemon tea, ripe quince, cinnamon, ginger and smoked nuts. The finish is medium in length, with gentle bittersweet touches.
