This is a single malt from Karuizawa, the Japanese distillery that has since closed, bottled at a cask strength of 62% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the last edition of the Flower and Bird series.
The whisky was distilled in 2000 and matured for 18 years in a single sherry cask, number 7608, before it was bottled in 2018. The release came to 479 bottles.
