Kavalan – Classic Single Malt (70cl)

Kavalan Classic Single Malt is the Taiwanese distillery's statement of its house identity, sold in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of whiskies matured in many kinds of cask, including ex-Bourbon, ex-sherry and ex-wine, in both first and second fills. The warm, humid Taiwanese climate also shapes the maturation. The aromas are described as floral and fruity, with a distinctive, almost oily texture in the mouth.
