Kavalan Concertmaster Sherry Cask Finish is a single malt from Taiwan and the second whisky in the Concertmaster series. It matures in the distillery's own refill casks, then receives a finish in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks chosen by the master blender. The bottle is shaped after the Taipei 101 tower. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
The nose is sweet vanilla and toffee, with chocolate, crème brûlée, ripe dark fruit and nuttiness behind. The palate is full-bodied, with rich tropical fruit and vanilla. The finish is well balanced and long.
