Kavalan – Distillery Select No.2 Single Malt (70cl)

Kavalan Distillery Select No.2 is a single malt from Taiwan, in a 70cl bottle, and part of the distillery's own house range. Kavalan distills in Yilan, where the weather is warm and humid all year. Whisky matures faster in that climate than it does in Scotland, so the spirit can still taste rounded and full. Taiwanese single malt is typically described as leaning towards ripe tropical fruit and vanilla, with a soft sweetness and a warm finish.
