Kavalan ex-Bourbon Oak is a Taiwanese single malt made by diluting Kavalan Solist ex-Bourbon with Kavalan spring water to 46%. It is smooth, with a soft sweetness and little alcohol edge.
The colour is pale golden. The nose is clean and fresh, with tropical fruit, vanilla, coconut and spices. The palate is soft and well balanced, with natural sweetness, vanilla and oak spices, round and complex with a silky texture.
