Kavalan Ex-Bourbon Oak is a single malt whisky from the Kavalan distillery in Taiwan, sold in a 70cl bottle. Its whole maturation took place in bourbon barrels, and the distillery bottled it at 46% ABV.
The whisky is natural in style: it is bottled without added colouring and without chill-filtration. Ex-bourbon oak is the only wood it has known throughout its maturation.
