Kavalan Ex-Bourbon Oak is a Taiwanese whisky from the Kavalan distillery, bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.
It is matured in first fill American bourbon barrels, a cask choice that gives the expression its name.
Within the distillery's range it acts as the link between the standard bottlings and the single cask releases of the Solist series.
