Kavalan King Car is a Taiwanese single malt from Yilan, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is a vatting of ex-bourbon, sherry and wine casks, and takes its name from the King Car Group, the parent company of Kavalan.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with banana, papaya and green apple followed by delicate floral notes. The palate is mellow and rich, with banana, coconut and a gentle bitterness. The finish is long and mellow, ending on a touch of bitterness.
