Kavalan Peatist is a Taiwanese single malt distilled from peated malt and matured in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain's Sherry Triangle. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is non-chill filtered, which keeps its character unaltered.
It is described as combining rich dried fruit with the tropical liveliness associated with Kavalan, and as lightly smoky yet complex in flavour.
