Kavalan – Solist ex-Bourbon Single Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 59.4%)

Kavalan Solist ex-Bourbon is a single cask, cask strength single malt bottled at 59.4% in a 70cl bottle. It is non chill-filtered, which keeps the fuller flavour of the malt. The whisky is matured in hand-selected American ex-bourbon casks, with vanilla, fruit and coconut among its highlights. The nose is clean and fresh, with tropical fruit, vanilla, coconut and spices. The palate has a balanced natural sweetness, vanilla and oak spices, and a round, silky texture.
