Kavalan – Solist Ex-Bourbon Single Cask

This is a single malt from Kavalan in Taiwan, matured in selected American ex-bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength. Each bottle carries a serial number, and the release is made in a limited run. The nose is fresh, with exotic fruit, vanilla, coconut and spice. On the palate it is balanced, with vanilla and wood notes, round and complex. The finish is long and elegant.
