This is a cask strength single malt from Kavalan in Taiwan, matured for nine years in a refill cask and bottled at 57.1%. It belongs to the Solist Peated range within the Itinéraries collection.
The whisky was distilled in September 2016 and bottled in 2025, with 118 bottles filled from the single cask.
The tasting notes describe a greasy, slightly rubbery peat on the nose with pepper, cloves and peppermint. The palate brings light, ashy peat, leather, camphor and citrus zest, and the finish is of lemon zest and light peat.
