Kavalan – Solist PX Sherry Cask (70cl)

Kavalan Solist PX Sherry Cask is a Taiwanese single malt matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. PX is known as the king of sherries for its rich, sweet fullness, and here it is paired with Kavalan's new-make spirit. The result is fruity, with a floral freshness and nutty, chocolatey character. The classic PX sherry notes are combined with the subtropical heat of Taiwan, giving a soft, mild and warming whisky. Expect rich fruit and chocolate that melt gently on the palate, with raisin and honey syrup lingering into a long, syrupy finish.
