Kavalan Soloist Ex Bourbon Cask is a fruity, rich single malt from the north east of Taiwan, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured fully in first fill bourbon barrels.
Tropical fruits, vanilla and nutmeg are the notes to expect. It can be served neat or over ice to bring out the tropical fruit, or used in a highball or a Whisky Sour.
