Kavalan Triple Sherry Cask is a single malt bottled at 40% that combines three sherry-aged casks: Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel. The dried fruits of the Oloroso lead, with caramel, maltose sweetness and the distillery's tropical fruit.
The colour is a deep scarlet. The nose offers ripe berries and dried fruits, grapes and citrus, with chocolate brownie, toffee, cinnamon, clover and rosemary behind an oaky note. The palate is warm, smooth and mellow, with candied fruit, caramel and honey sweetness.
