This is a Taiwanese single malt from Kavalan, the sixth release in the Lunar Zodiac series, marking the Year of the Snake. It was aged for more than 11 years in a single cask, Cask 001, and is bottled at 57.8% ABV.
It is Kavalan's first private cask of Fino sherry. The sherry influence is described as refined, with creamy toffee, fudge and a touch of chocolate, all balanced by a lively fruit character from the spirit.
