This is a Belgian whisky made from 100% rye, distilled and bottled at the Pirlot Distillery Brewery and bottled at a cask strength of 58% ABV. Bottling took place on 23 June 2023, from batch R1, in a 50cl bottle. The release is 496 bottles. The nose brings cloves, pepper, honey and a hint of caramel. The palate is powerful, with rye character, warming spices, woody notes and a syrupy body. The finish is long, peppery, intense and dry.
