Kempisch Vuur 3 Year Old – Single Cask L18 (2020) (50cl, 46%)

This is a 3 year old peated single malt from Kempisch Vuur in Belgium, bottled from a single cask, L18, in a 50cl bottle at 46% ABV. The bottle is hand-numbered, and this one is number 139. The whisky matured in a Laphroaig quarter cask and was bottled in 2020. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The nose is fruity. On the palate there is soft vanilla, roasted hazelnut and light peat, with a creamy texture. The finish carries a hint of liquorice and chocolate.
