Kentucky Owl The Wiseman Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45.4%)

The Wiseman is a Kentucky bourbon, the first Kentucky Owl release from master blender John Rhea. It is bottled at 45.4% in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey is a blend of four straight bourbons, matured for up to eight years. On the nose it is described as caramel, allspice, citrus and oak. The palate follows with vanilla, caramel ice cream, baking spices and peppery oak.
