Kentucky Owl Wiseman is a straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45.4% ABV. It is a blend of aged Kentucky bourbons, matured in new charred American oak barrels.
On the nose it is rich, with caramel glaze, vanilla frosting and warm oak spice. The palate is velvety and full-bodied, with toffee, sweet corn, honeycomb and a little cinnamon heat. The finish is long and warming, with oak, cocoa and clove, and a soft, toasty sweetness.
