Kentucky Peerless High Rye Mash Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon made by Kentucky Peerless. Its mash uses a higher percentage of rye grain, which is the point of the bottling.
Bourbon is corn-based, yet much of its flavour comes from the other grains in the mash. Here the rye is emphasised, and its contribution is described as sweet and spicy.
