Kentucky Vintage is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon, and this is Batch 21-3, in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at 45%, which is 90 US proof, by Willett Distillers, the company formerly known as Kentucky Bourbon Distillers.
The whisky was most likely distilled at Heaven Hill, although that has never been officially confirmed. It is described as an easy-drinking bourbon, suited to sipping or to use as a base for American whiskey cocktails.
